Terms & Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any session, service, training, container, pilgrimage, product, or offering provided through KaliKara (“KaliKara,” “the Business,” “we,” “us,” or “the Services”), you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

KaliKara services are facilitated by Katherine Anne Kaplan, Founder and Practitioner of KaliKara.

1. Nature of Services

All Services offered through KaliKara are complementary wellness, educational, and spiritual support services intended to support personal growth, energetic balance, relaxation, self-awareness, and holistic wellbeing.

KaliKara and Katherine Anne Kaplan do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, provide medical advice, or claim to cure illness, disease, or mental health conditions. Services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or healthcare support.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care whenever needed and to continue any existing medical or therapeutic treatment plans.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed. Experiences vary between individuals and are influenced by personal readiness, openness, participation, lifestyle choices, and integration practices.

The Client understands that Katherine Anne Kaplan, through KaliKara, acts solely as a guide and facilitator. All decisions, interpretations, actions, and life choices remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

2. Client Responsibilities & Best Practice

To maintain the integrity, safety, and effectiveness of the work, the Client agrees to:

  • Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.

  • Participate from a quiet, private, distraction-free environment.

  • Keep their camera on during online sessions unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refrain from multitasking, phone use, driving, eating, or engaging in distracting activities during sessions.

  • Ensure children, animals, or other individuals do not interrupt the session space where possible.

  • Refrain from alcohol, recreational drugs, or substances that may impair emotional, psychological, or energetic stability before or during Services.

  • Approach the work with presence, respect, openness, and personal responsibility.

  • Take responsibility for implementing any supportive integration or grounding practices recommended.

  • Attend multi-session containers consistently and honour the agreed timeline wherever possible.

KaliKara reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or discontinue Services if these standards are not upheld.

3. Understanding of Transformational Work

The Client understands and acknowledges that:

  • Emotional, energetic, mental, physical, or spiritual responses may arise during or after Services.

  • Integration and inner shifts may continue unfolding over days, weeks, months, or longer.

  • Personal transformation may involve periods of emotional processing, increased sensitivity, relationship changes, uncertainty, lifestyle adjustments, or shifts in perspective.

  • The Client remains fully responsible for their own wellbeing, choices, interpretations, and integration process.

  • KaliKara offers guidance and support; however, the Client remains sovereign and responsible for their own healing journey and life decisions.

  • Energetic and spiritual work is subjective in nature, and individual experiences cannot be guaranteed or predicted.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information, disclosures, session discussions, and private client matters shared within Services will be treated respectfully and confidentially.

Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or where there is a reasonable belief of risk of serious harm to the Client or others.

5. Intellectual Property

All teachings, methods, written materials, recordings, processes, energetic techniques, branding, logos, training content, transmissions, intellectual property, and all materials associated with KaliKara and the KA Method® remain the sole property of KaliKara unless otherwise stated.

The Client agrees not to:

  • Record sessions, trainings, pilgrimages, containers, or Services without explicit written permission.

  • Reproduce, distribute, teach, share, publish, sell, license, or commercially use any materials or techniques without written consent.

  • Misrepresent themselves as affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by KaliKara or the KA Method® without formal written authorization.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Professional Boundaries

KaliKara reserves the right to refuse, pause, reschedule, or discontinue Services where behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, abusive, manipulative, disruptive, disrespectful, or misaligned with the integrity of the space.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Boundary violations

  • Harassment or abusive communication

  • Substance misuse

  • Repeated disregard for session guidelines

  • Behaviour that compromises the safety or integrity of the container or group environment

No refunds will be issued where Services are terminated due to breaches of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Payments, Refunds & Rescheduling

1:1 Sessions

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or arrivals later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Containers, Trainings & Mentorships

  • All containers, trainings, mentorships, certifications, and multi-session programs are non-refundable once payment has been made.

  • Payment plans remain legally binding and must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Containers are intended to be completed within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise approved.

Pilgrimages, Retreats & Travel-Based Services

  • All pilgrimage and retreat payments are non-refundable due to the nature of preparation, planning, energetic commitment, and bookings involved.

  • Clients remain responsible for their own travel insurance, transportation, visas, personal safety, and medical needs.

  • KaliKara is not liable for travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, weather conditions, illness, acts of nature, or third-party provider issues.

Products & Crystal Services

  • All crystal products, energetic tools, environmental healing services, custom energetic work, and digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability, and alternative dates within 30 days cannot be guaranteed.

8. KA Method® Containers Disclaimer

KA Method® containers, trainings, and immersive transformational work may accelerate personal, emotional, energetic, and spiritual development.

Clients acknowledge that this process may catalyze profound inner change as outdated patterns, limiting beliefs, emotional material, and previous ways of living begin to dissolve.

This integration phase may involve:

  • Emotional processing

  • Increased sensitivity

  • Changes in relationships or lifestyle

  • Temporary uncertainty or feelings of liminality

  • The need for stronger boundaries and self-care

  • Greater awareness of previously unconscious patterns

The Client understands that integration is an essential part of transformational work and that embodiment of change requires grounded action, self-responsibility, and ongoing personal support.

Additional professional or therapeutic support may be recommended where appropriate.

9. Health & Medical Disclaimer

The Client understands that:

  • Services are intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, stress reduction, self-awareness, and holistic wellbeing.

  • KaliKara does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, or licensed healthcare treatment.

  • Services should never replace professional medical or mental health care.

  • Clients experiencing severe psychological distress, suicidal ideation, psychosis, medical emergencies, or significant mental health conditions should seek immediate support from licensed professionals and emergency services where appropriate.

By participating, the Client confirms they are mentally, emotionally, and physically capable of engaging responsibly in the Services.

10. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to release and hold harmless KaliKara, Katherine Anne Kaplan, the KA Method®, affiliated entities, contractors, assistants, venues, employees, representatives, and collaborators from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, expenses, costs, or legal actions arising from participation in any Service, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The Client voluntarily accepts full responsibility for their participation and any outcomes resulting from their involvement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first attempt to be resolved amicably and in good faith before formal legal proceedings are pursued.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any Service offered through KaliKara, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Voluntarily agree to participate in the Services

  • Accept full responsibility for your wellbeing, choices, and integration process

  • Understand that no outcomes are guaranteed

  • Agree to all Terms & Conditions outlined above
