What to Expect

During a session with Kali Anne Kara, you can expect a holistic approach to healing, which may include conversation, the use of crystals, sound, and deep relaxation. Entering the session with an open mind and a willingness to relax and trust the process will enhance your experience. Many leave the session feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Distance Sessions

For Zoom sessions, the healing effects are just as significant, even though you are not physically present. Kali Anne Kara works across time and space, using clairvoyant perception to guide the healing process. You may still experience physical sensations such as tingling, temperature changes, or a calming influence during the session.

Recommended Attire

It is recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You may choose to lie down during the session for optimal comfort.

Experiencing the Results

If you don't feel anything during the session, there is no need to worry. The work takes place in subtle realms and directly impacts the physical plane. While the transformation may unfold over time, many people experience benefits shortly after the session. Typically, integration takes 3-7 days, with lasting benefits becoming apparent within 3-9 months.

Spiritual energy healing affects the subtle fields of your energy and can lead to the release of negative energies. As these energies are cleared from your physical body, it’s common to experience purge symptoms. These symptoms are temporary and are considered a normal part of the healing process. Once the purge is complete, many people report significant healing benefits.

For women, deep grounding work or reconnection with Earth's energy may sometimes trigger the onset of menstruation, even in those who are postmenopausal. This is a natural response to the profound energetic shifts and realignments occurring within the body.

These experiences are viewed through a holistic lens, where the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected, and are seen as manifestations of the body’s natural processes of release and healing.

Regarding Refunds

As the work operates at a soul level, whether you attend in person or not, the healing process continues. Therefore, no refunds are available for last-minute cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Sessions and containers must be completed within the agreed time frame. Once a journey has begun, no refunds are provided, as the work proceeds on the inner planes.

Healing for Minors

Kali Anne Kara works with children under 18 only with express parental permission. Participants in the KA Method® must be 18 years or older.

Terms & Conditions for Sessions with Kali Anne Kara

By engaging in a Session with Kali Anne Kara, you, the "Client," agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Scope of the Session
    The Session may involve a combination of conversation, crystal layouts, and sound therapies. You acknowledge that the work is a high-level energy treatment designed to support multidimensional self-healing.

  2. Energy Healing Acknowledgment
    "I trust and allow the correction of imbalances in my Subtle Energy Body by Kali Anne Kara using sound, crystals, and light frequencies, surrendering to the process so my physical form may embrace multidimensional self-healing."

  3. Commitment to Timeliness
    You commit to being punctual for your scheduled session and understand that cancellations within 24 hours of the session are not refundable. You will be responsible for converting the time zones correctly to ensure you attend on time.

  4. Health and Medical Disclaimer
    You understand that the Session is designed to inspire stress reduction and relaxation. Kali Anne Kara does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe substances, or perform medical treatments. It is recommended that you consult a licensed physician or healthcare professional for any physical or psychological concerns.

  5. Commitment to Self-Improvement
    You recognize that self-improvement requires personal commitment. You must be willing to positively engage in the process to receive the full benefit of an energy treatment.

  6. Liability Release
    Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, you or your representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Kali Anne Kara from any and all claims or liabilities arising from or in connection with your Session.

  7. Right to Terminate Session
    Kali Anne Kara reserves the right to end your Session at any point and may decline to work with you. In the case of Workshops, Kali Anne Kara may ask you to leave at any time for your safety or the safety of others.

  8. Session Timing
    You understand that Sessions may conclude before or after the scheduled time, as the work takes place outside of linear time. Kali Anne Kara will make every effort to adhere to the outlined timelines.

By engaging in any work with Kali Anne Kara, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

By participating in the  KA Method® &/or Sacred Ireland Pilgrimage, you, the Client, agree to the following:

"I understand that alcohol and drugs may impair my experience and, while in a ceremonial process, may open me to harm. Therefore, I vow to abstain from their use.

I understand that I may be asked to leave at any time at the discretion of Kali Anne Kara for my own energetic safety and that of others. This decision may be based on Kali Anne’s assessment of my energy system needing a break or my engagement in practices that are detrimental, allowing harmful energies into my field (such as drug and alcohol use), which can impact both myself and others in the circle.

I understand that the  KA Method® & Sacred Ireland Pilgrimage are intensive, high-level healing modalities wherein I receive activations and initiations from the Guide, Kali Anne Kara, to ascend dimensional realities. It is my responsibility to take care of myself to continue evolving on this path in an accelerated manner. Although I will be taught how to do so, implementing the healings and teachings is my own journey, through which I experience the benefits.

I understand that while activations and initiations occur during Ceremonies, the results may manifest in my life experience days, months, or even years later as I raise my vibration and integrate higher realities into my present.

I understand that in group healing, I commit to being part of a sacred container where my energy is crucial to supporting the group. Therefore, I vow not to jeopardize the safety of others and promise to show up attentively and lovingly as a listener, space holder, and witness, recognizing that space is also held for me and all others in the group.

I understand that Kali Anne Kara makes no promises about the results I experience; she is a door opener, and the outcomes depend on my willingness to change, which is my responsibility to integrate into my life.

I understand that following the  KA Method® & Sacred Ireland Pilgrimage, there may be an integration period during which I may feel heavy or in 'limbo' as my higher frequency energy adjusts to my current paradigm, transforming my reality. By allowing my energy to process and transform, I can realize the benefits of the work and feel incredible, having achieved high-level healing in the present.

I understand that there is a strict confidentiality agreement in place, and everyone's personal journey and experience are sacred and private. I am not to share anything that occurs outside of the sacred container. I may share my own experience but must never discuss another's, including other attendees. A strict privacy policy is in place that must be upheld.

I understand that it is advised not to do the KA Method® while pregnant or while receiving hypnotherapy.

I understand that there are no refunds once the energy exchange is paid."

    Connecting with Kali Anne Kara as a Guide is based on a soul connection. Allow time for the purpose of the work to unfold. Typically, it takes 3-7 days to feel a difference, and 3-9 months for the work to manifest on the physical plane from the celestial realms. Purging during this process is normal and part of the healing journey.

  3. Commitment to Change
    To inspire lasting results, you, the Client, must arrive in a state of complete surrender to what is highest and best for you in the present moment. You must be prepared to embrace the changes that will occur as your energy transforms, leading to transformation in all aspects of your life.

  4. Openness and Trust
    To fully benefit from a session and/or ceremony, you must remain open, trusting, and committed to the process. As you move through discomfort or pain, you are creating the space for greater realities to manifest in your life. This process requires your active participation.

  5. Complementary to Professional Care
    The services provided by Kali Anne Kara are complementary to, and not a substitute for, medical, psychological, financial, or legal care. Kali Anne Kara does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment provided by licensed healthcare professionals. This work transcends physical time, and no specific timeline for results can be guaranteed. Manifestation of transformation depends entirely on your willingness to release, adapt, and engage in ongoing inner work.

  6. Sacred Space & Confidentiality
    All work with Kali Anne Kara is conducted within a sacred space, which she creates and maintains. Confidentiality is strictly upheld through a confidentiality agreement between you, the Client, and Kali Anne Kara, the Guide. Nothing shared, said, or experienced during sessions will be disclosed outside of your sacred circle.

  7. Collaborative Effort
    Each session, ceremony, workshop, and/or project is a collaborative effort between you, the Client, and Kali Anne Kara, the Guide. The work is intended to be conducted in a safe, honest, open, vulnerable, and transformative manner. You are assured that everything shared during and after the work will remain protected and held with respect.

  8. Sacred Healing & Spiritual Journeys
    Kali Anne Kara guides individuals through sacred healing and spiritual journeys, often involving multiple sessions to stabilize energetic changes. The continued work ensures deeper integration and supports lasting transformation.

  9. Refund Policy
    All crystals, crystal services, crystal products, and healing services purchased from or engaged with Kali Anne Kara are non-refundable.
